As you all know I make videos for YouTube, but I struggle with time to make and edit these videos. The area that causes me the most issues is the sound, and I spend the bulk of my time editing the audio. I have been thinking for some time how could I improve the audio without spending too much. So I found three budget external microphones, the Takstar SGC-598, BOYA Lavalier lapel mic BY-M1, and the Bolun WR-601 wireless microphone. In the video below you can see/hear how they all performed:
As I am sure you have gathered I am really pleased with the TakStar SGC-598 and will using that with my future videos.
